AAC Christmas Dinner 2013

Since Christmas is apparently nearly here, it’s time for an AAC Christmas Meal and Stammtisch! This will take place at Die Herzl on Thursday 5th December. The plan is to start at 19:30 with a 3-course meal, all for €18 (see the menu below). Once we’re done eating, normal Stammtisch service will resume.

Menu (choose one item from each course)

Starters

 1. Lamb’s lettuce & potato salad with greaves & pumpkin
seed oil (Vogerl- Erdäpfelsalat und Grammeln und Kernöl)
2. (V) Pumpkin soup with pumpkin seed oil and roasted
seeds (Kürbiscremesuppe mit einem Schuss Kernöl und gerösteten
Kürbiskernen)

Main course

1. Roast venison with red cabbage and dumplings (Gespickter
Hirschbraten mit Rotkraut und Grammel-Serviettenknödel)
2. Skewered chicken breast in ham with pumpkin risotto, sour
cream dip and vegetables (Hühnerbrüstchen im Rohschinkenmantel am Spieß
mit Kürbisrisotto, Sauerrahmdip und Gemüse)
3. (V) Various Strudels with sauce (Strudelvariationen mit
Saucen)

Desert

1. Cinnamon parfait with chocolate advocaat (Zimtparfait auf
Schoko-Eierlikörspiegel)
2. Light and dark chocolate mousse with sour cherry sauce
(Helles und dunkles Schokomousse mit Weichselragout)

3 .Curd Strudel with vanilla sauce (Topfenstrudel mit
Vanillesauce)
